Premises Hire at Coppice & Langley

The Coppice and Langley school premises are available for commercial lettings only. Please note that we no longer accept bookings for children’s parties.

If you are interested in hiring part or all of the premises, please contact the school office on 0121 464 7022 or email lettings@coppice.bham.sch.uk with your enquiry details.

When emailing, please include:

• Your name and organisation

• The space you wish to hire

• Preferred dates and times

• Nature of the activity

• Any additional requirements

Facilities Available

• Two school halls

• Multi‑purpose games area with line markings, goals and hoops suitable for football, netball and basketball

• Self‑contained “Acorns” unit with kitchen and WC

Payments

All lettings must be paid in advance via BACS. For long‑term or ongoing lettings, payments are required monthly in advance.

Documentation Required

All hirers must provide:

• Proof of Public Liability Insurance

• Any additional documentation requested as part of the school’s safeguarding or compliance requirements

Bookings cannot be confirmed until all required documents have been received and approved.

Important Information

Please be aware that we are a school, not an events venue. There may be occasions when the premises are required for school activities or become unavailable due to urgent repair work.

If essential health and safety repairs are needed to ensure the safe operation of the school, bookings may be cancelled at short notice.
