Welcome to Year 2!

Tuesday

Forest School - Wear school uniform, but please send your child with appropriate clothing in a named bag; wellies, coat, waterproofs.(Please label all items). They will get muddy! 

 

Wednesday

PE Day - Please send your children in their PE kits.

 

Friday

PE Day - Please send your children in their PE kits.

 

Golden Time (please send in a small toy that fits into their school bag) & new library book sent home, old one returned (They cannot have a new book before returning the old one). 

 

Reading Books

Books are sent home daily and must be returned the following day. Please look after the books - any damaged or lost books will need to be replaced before receiving a new book.

 

Homework

Spellings containing the phoneme we have been learning during the week will be sent out weekly. (More information to follow.) Please help your child to learn their spellings. Maths homework is sent home on a sheet and is to be returned the following Wednesday - this is discussed and shared in class.
