All food at Coppice is cooked on the premises by our head cook, Sarah, her fantastic team, along with the support of Miquill senior catering team. She makes sure that there is a good choice that meets all the requirements that make us a 'Healthy School'.

We operate a 3-week rolling menu (available further down on this page) and children can choose to have meals every day, only some days or not at all. We moved towards parents being in control of what and when their child eats a school meal and all parents now have access to the SwiftKitchen app. 

When ordering all parents log into the SwiftKitchen app and select the food their child would like on the days they have school meals.  They are then prompted to pay as they select meals or they can set up a direct debit and have a balance in their child's "wallet" to pay.  They can also book in advance the meals selection up until the end of term but will need to make payment at the same time. 

For KS1 (Reception, Year 1 & Year 2) children or free school meal children, parents still place the meal order on SwiftKitchen so their child has them meal of their choice but will not be asked for payment when they check out. 

On the SwiftKitchen app orders can be placed for your child to receive a meal up until 0930hrs on the same day.  After this time, if you forget, your child will be provided with a jacket potato, salad and dessert with the cost being added to SwiftKitchen app, where you will need to make payment on the same day.
